Kindergarten students at Coolidge School took part in a very special block build for Thanksgiving.
They read Our Table by Peter H. Reynolds, created a plan for the class table, and then built their structure! The students loved to pretend to eat the foods they made with model magic. It was a very fun morning.

November in the Sicomac Library!

The library has been full of excitement. Our Mystery Readers have been wonderful, and the students love trying to guess who is visiting with a favorite story.

We have also been working on seasonal activities that spark creativity and teamwork. Students built turkey hideouts, created Thanksgiving tables with classmates, and decorated and disguised turkeys in the most imaginative ways.
