Celebrating Neurodiversity at Sicomac! Today, our school community came together for a special Neurodiversity Assembly—a powerful reminder that every brain is unique and valuable. Through stories, discussions, and shared experiences, students learned the importance of understanding, acceptance, and kindness. We celebrated the many ways we think, learn, and see the world—and how those differences make our school stronger.#NeurodiversityWeek #SicomacStrong #CelebrateDifferences #BeKind @sicomacwps @sicomacpto

March in the Library came in like a lion! We welcomed a wonderful group of Mystery Readers for our kindergarten, 4th, and 5th grade classes, and the excitement was contagious. No matter their age, our students absolutely love when parents visit the library to share a story. A big thank you to all the parents who took time out of their day to read with our students and help make reading such a special experience at Sicomac! @sicomacpto @sicomacwps

Last Wednesday gave us the perfect spring surprise! 3rd graders from Ms. Anderson’s class and kindergarteners from Mrs. Gloria’s class shared a special library time together in our Outdoor Classroom. The older students paired up with their kindergarten buddies and read to each other in the sunshine. Moments like this show the power of reading and community—students supporting students, building confidence, and sharing a love of books together. 💙 #SicomacReads #BuddyReading #OutdoorLearning #SpringAtSicomac @sicomacpto
