KD putting our story workshop ideas on paper! Over the last couple of weeks, students made stories out of loose parts, play dough, and water colors. Today, they chose one of those stories to spread across three pages. Can't wait to see the final pieces! 📝

After reading the book "Down the Road" by Alice Schertle, the children in KK were challenged during Makerspace to design some type of carrier or basket that could hold up to 3 eggs without tipping. Testing the creations was the most fun! 🥚

KRO learned about Martin Luther King & discussed equality. We used eggs to demonstrate that it doesn’t matter what we look like on the outside, it's what’s on the inside that counts.
