Student Registration

It is recommended that you complete the online registration from a computer. DO NOT use a cellular device to complete registration.

The information you provide is submitted over a secure server and only used by the Wyckoff School District to maintain student information.

Please read and follow all of the instructions carefully and completely.
When registering multiple children, each child must be registered separately*.
You may register your child/children for Kindergarten* for the 2024-2025 school year if they will be five years of age on or before October 1, 2024.

*For families enrolling a Kindergarten student
without elementary-aged siblings, your child will be assigned to a school in
early to mid- August. The criteria for this selection will be in keeping with our
practice of balanced class sizes among the schools.

Complete all of the questions as they relate to your child(ren) and provide at least 1 Guardian, 1 Emergency Contact and a Pediatrician/Physician.

If you cannot complete the form in one sitting, complete the required fields (shown with an asterisk) and skip to the last page, where you will be prompted to "Create an account in order to submit".

This will save your work and allow you to return to the registration with your account access at a later time to complete it.

Returning to your registration page once you have saved your work:

Use the Original Registration Link to return to a previous registration. Do NOT click on the photos.
Instead, click the green ribbon at the bottom to "Continue to a Previous Registration".
Enter your email and password to proceed.

2 - Upload the following, required documents, to your registration portal:

Your child's original birth certificate
Your current mortgage, deed, lease or property tax bill
1 current utility bill
2 additional forms of current, legal address verification
(these may include alternative utility bills, voter registration, driver's license, registration, insurance, financial account information)

3 - Click, print, complete and upload the following forms to your registration portal:

REGISTRATION MATERIALS This is a 12 page document. Complete and upload pages 3, 4, 12 and one of the following sections as it applies to your child's circumstances: A (pages 6-7), B (page 8), C (page 9) or D (page 10).

HEALTH HISTORY
UNIVERSAL CHILD HEALTH RECORD (Includes Vision Screening and Hearing Screening)
IMMUNIZATIONS (Receive from your child's Pediatrician/Physician)
RESIDENCY AFFIDAVITS (if/when applicable)
- AFFIDAVIT 1: When renting with no lease - completed by Landlord
- AFFIDAVIT 2a: When child lives with a Wyckoff resident other than parent - completed by parent
- AFFIDAVIT 2b: When child lives with a Wyckoff resident other than parent - completed by Wyckoff resident
- AFFIDAVIT 3a: When child and family live with a Wyckoff Resident - completed by parent - require notary
- AFFIDAVIT 3b: When child and family live with a Wyckoff Resident - completed by Wyckoff resident - require notary
RECORDS RELEASE FORM (Eisenhower Middle School Students Only)

Your registration is not complete until you have uploaded all of the required documents.

Kindergarten assignments will be announced in the summer*. All other registrants will be contacted by your assigned school once your registration is complete.

Please ensure your uploaded documents are legible and facing in the proper direction.
A completed the registration will prompt a confirmation page with a barcode. Print that page for your records.
Our school secretaries and school nurses review registrations for accuracy and completeness.
They will reach out to you to request anything missing or incomplete.
You will receive a welcome letter in May with details on Kindergarten Preview and Kindergarten Orientation.
Kindergarten Preview is typically held in June and
Kindergarten Orientation is typically held just before the start of school.
