"Reading should not be presented to children as a chore or duty. It should be offered to them as a precious gift." — Kate DiCamillo
Summer - a gift of time for our readers.  Since our students are diverse readers, I have included a broad span of titles in the Summer Reading lists below. The lists are only suggestions, and students are not confined to these; some of the books may work for them, while others may not. Our readers need choices and role models.
Wishing you a summer filled with feet in the sand and child-selected books in their hands!
