Kristine Squillace

I have a strong love for education and teaching! I hold a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the University of Delaware as well as a Masters Degree in Special Education from William Paterson University. I am certified in Elementary Education, Teacher of the Handicapped and am a certified Learning Disabilities Teacher Consultant. After graduating the University of Delaware I was a teacher in Butler, NJ where I taught Kindergarten, 1st and 3rd Grade for 9 years. I took a hiatus from teaching to raise a family of my own and am extremely proud of my High School aged children. Now that they are grown, I have decided to return to the classroom and pursue my passion. I am thrilled to be here at Washington School with such a remarkable children! Prior to being here in 5th Grade, I was a substitute teacher here in Wyckoff for the past two years and most recently filled in a Spring Maternity leave replacement as the Resource Room teacher for 4th & 5th Grade at Lincoln School. I am extremely grateful for this opportunity and have worked in conjunction with Mrs. Ferrara to ensure a smooth transition for the students upon her return in January.
